‘Nevasca’ means snowstorm in my native tongue, Portuguese. This shawl is inspired by sweet childhood memories with my father, learning to ski and watching the patterns of fluffy snow drifting over the hills. The is a super cozy DK weight winter shawl. Meet Nevasca Light, Nevasca’s sweet summer sister, knit in shimmery silk.
This pattern is a super fun knit, with just the right mix of soothing garter and engaging lace.
